氷のトンネルが崩落して経営者が圧死

長野のホテルで氷のトンネル崩落、経営者が圧死

３日午前１０時３０分ごろ、長野県茅野市北山、蓼科パークホテル敷地内で、氷で作ったトンネル（長さ約１００メートル、幅約３メートル、高さ約２・５メートル）の天井が長さ約１７メートルにわたって崩落した。

　トンネルの中央付近でショベルカーを使って路面を整備していた同所、同ホテル経営篠原丈一（じょういち）さん（６６）が氷の下敷きとなり、間もなく死亡した。

ホテルによると、氷のトンネルは観光客らが内部を通れるように今冬初めて作ったといい、ほぼ完成していた。

観光客が通る前だったのが不幸中の幸いでしたな。
氷のトンネルとか氷のホテルって建築基準とかはどうなってんだろう？
なんの基準もなく勝手に作れるのかな。
